<don>colorado sucess
there are still antelope in SE colorado considering the severe drought. My dad shot a 12 1/2 at 225 yards and I shot a 13 1/4 at 200 yards. Not bad for a couple of do it yourselfers in such a drought year. We saw a bigger one in a totally stalkable place. to bad he was bedded down only 150 yards from the unit boundry. Oh well thats huntin. Good luck guys

Bob in TXHe Don,
Congrats on the speed-goats! I just got back from my wext Texas pronghorn hunt. It sounds like you had a great time with your Dad. Post some pics when you get them. My sister lives just outside Denver and I have been toying with doing a self-guided pronghorn hunt up there combined with a family visit.

<257 AI>Glad you had a good time. We went 4 for 6 with doe tags this year but we saw far more bucks than does.

<don>When I can remember I'll try and get these pics scanned and on.
257 we saw a lot of bucks as well. The antelope seemed to be in smaller groups 2 or three does for every buck. Sometimes just bucks out on their own.
