Nope. He sold his business to an Alaskan, but is "signing hunt contracts" and flying for the new owner. Not sure how much has actually changed.

According to the website, the owner lives in Colorado. He was only issued an assistant guide license in March of this year.

In my opinion, clearly this is a sham for Shankster to keep doing business.

I think it is gross incompetence at the state level prosecutors office. The Alaskan Troopers did their job.

This guy is a outright criminal.

Think about it for a second - Larry KoleK his marketing guy got banned from ar for using multiple identities to post hunts for sale. Ar does a far better job of fraud control than the state of Alaska.
