Andrew Baldry Cancellation Sable/roan etc Nov '13
Andrew has had a cancellation on a sable/roan/Crawshay's defassa waterbuck/common PG safari with sitatunga and buffalo also available as targets of opportunity.

This hunt is offered on his Royal Kafue concession where I've hunted and Frostbit had a super safari as well as other AR members. I think we all agree Andrew has the game and Andrew thinks the late dates of the hunt should be ideal.

A very big sable is possible here as well as a good bag of other excellent trophies.

Pricing:

1x1 12 days $1,200 a day (The originally quote to me was $1500 per day.)

Observer free of charge.

Jeff,

Your right but Kafue is noteably cooler than the Luangwa and I agree those battery powered fans are lifesavers.

In Kafue last oct hit 104 in the shade. I would hate to see Luangwa if this is the case.

Jeff,

John Du Plooy said in late Oct '11 it hit 52C at the airstrip in the Luangwa. Yikes! That converts to about 120F. Sadie and I both noted when we moved from the Luangwa last Oct to the Kafue that it was less hot in the Kafue but my guess was that it was still in the 90's each day.

I'll help you on the long drive up there! [Guess who simply does not fly at all?] You have noted the "observer free" in the pricing? Also if I help you with the drive, fairgame then will not need to provide a skinner either as I'll gladly undertake that task for a friend. Given that, maybe fairgame can indeed consider a special deal for luan?

As it is the roan, sable and buffalo trophy fees as listed are so low that everyone should really seriously consider this offer!

In good hunting.

Hi luan,

I will keep myself free and ready to depart Zambia at short notice towards November, just in case Mark has by then not yet sold the discounted hunt on behalf of fairgame and you can swing a deal!

I'm sure that, with us driving there, the cost of "road transfer" could, or even should, be waived?

I will follow developments closely.
