So heres the deal, i have one spot for fall deer on kodiak. Hunt Dates:

November 24-30
cost: $5000 1x1, $4500 2X1
You can take 2 deer
camp is a heated dome tent (that you can stand up in!!) homestyle meals, cots and I do all the guiding myself. Great success on deer there, foxes can be taken as well. Late season the grass is down and maybe some snow on the ground makes for some great spot and stalking deer hunting!!

ya thats the shortie...had to carry her across the creek....good for a laugh. she can shoot, no doubt about that. and paint for that matter...well she can shoot until you put a wolverine in front of her and let her have a go at it....3 times ain't the charm i guess!

thanks, we do quiet well, only client that hasn't taken his two bucks was a bowhunter, he wounded one and lost it and then was at full draw on another and didn't shoot. wounded and lost a fox at 4 yards too.

this past winter was a very mild one, deer numbers i saw this spring while brown bear hunting looked really good. should be a great fall.

Is this hunt still available? How many total spots left for this date? How many total in camp on each hunt? Thanks and may have someone who is interested along with myself.

larry the hunt is still open. i do all my own guiding so you would be the only hunt my business has in the field at any given time. i can take 3 or 4 in a group and do semi-guided hunts or i can guide 2 guys at a time.

What a great deal, looks like a fun hunt. Just wondering , are the bears still out that time of year? What time of year do the Brown Bear hit the dens?

we see bears thru thanksgiving usually, typically see about 7 a week while we are deer hunting. its not the prime time for bears, if it was i wouldn't be offering them for 5500 bucks!
If the weather holds off and stays warm thru nov we usually seem them up till about the end, but if we get dumped with a couple feet of snow they disapear then. so to answer your question, yes they are usually out.

I believe odds are around 20 percent....

When do you have to apply for the drawing??

yes you apply for the drawing in may, results are usually out by early july.
