Wayne Van Den Bergh/Nyamazana Safaris has a couple of ele bulls left for '14 in the Lupane/Umgusa communal areas bordering the Amandundamela Forestry area in Western Zimbabwe.

Wayne has spent a lot of time and money enhancing these communal areas for elephant hunting and it really shows. 13 of 14 elephant hunters in '13 were successful. The 14th was a "Hunting show celeb" and was far more interested in the film than the hunt.

Ivory in '13 ranged from 33# to 60# with 4 bulls being 50# plus. Expectations should be for 40# plus. Hunting is better in early season (Feb-Mar) when the bulls are in the crops. As Wayne's stats show though the hunting is very good right through the season as he finished his last successful hunt for '13 at the end of Oct.
