Alaska Glacier Mountain Outfitters has (2) slots open for black bear and (1) slot open for Rocky Mountain goat in Prince William Sound for '14.

These hunts both use a very comfy 54' yacht as a base camp with the actual hunting being conducted from smaller outboard powered boats.

The bears are hunted by cruising the shores of the Sound looking for feeding and/or rutting boars. Once a big bear is identified you take the boat to shore and do a stalk from there. This hunt will show you alot of bears and is probably as easy physically as a spot and stalk could ever be.

Expectation should be for bears squaring 6'-7' with 100% shooting opportunity.

These hunts are all booked 2x1 offering a great opportunity for two family memebers or buddies to share the experience.

The goat hunt is conducted in a similiar manner to the bear hunt. You will identify a shooter goat on the cliffs from the boat and then and only then climb up to shoot him. You will not climb purely on speculation.

This is an excellent hunt for success and trophy quality. I had two AR memebers on this one last year. Both hunters were successful and very happy eventhough one gentleman was over 70.
To date there has been only one failure on this hunt. Exceptations should be for a mature Billy over 9".
