You will fly in to Cluj Napoac airport, where you will be met. There are flights to there via Frankfurt.

Price includes gun and ammo if you don't want the hassle of carrying your own. A gun permit can be arranged if you wish to take a rifle as well.

For Americans you can get a visa on arrival in Romania.
