MARK H. YOUNGLATE SEASON SPECIAL ON LION '24
Folks,
Lin Stanton/Mbalabala Safaris has a lion available this year in the Makuti Safari area at a surprising discount.
The lion is available Oct-Nov this year so you'd need to get flights booked and gear together quickly.
My lion hunters with Lin have been 100%.
PRICE:
1x1 10 days $1,250
2% tax on day rate
VAT $23 per day
Ranger fee $50 per day until lion is killed
Road transfer round trip $700
Lion trophy fee $25,000 plus 4% tax.
Guys this is a wild, importable lion for basically $40,000. You will not do better ever anywhere.
Call and get a great lion hunt this year.

AilsaWheelsMark,
My math days were a long time ago but 10 days at 2,500 plus a 25,000 trophy fee seem to be 50,000, not 40,000.
Is 10 days enough time for a lion hunt?
All the best in getting the hunt sold. Lin is a good guy.

Bama15On Lin's whats app he has 2 good males on bait. I shot a lion with him last year, runs a good show then after you get your lion you go to the Wart Hog restaurant on Lake Kariba.

20 days is the norm and that time of year you need plenty of bait

MARK H. YOUNGAlisaWheels,
Good catch! The total is correct but I did a typo on the day rate. It is $1,250 per day not $2,500.
"Is 10 days enough?" I'm sure we can add days if someone wants a longer safari.

MARK H. YOUNGIdeally we can book the safari directly following a safari that has shot hippo. There just happens to be a group all wanting hippo during that time period so there will be tons (literally) of bait.

Daily rate in the add says $1250 per day...not $2500. I came out with a hair over $40,000.
