I have an elephant & leopard hunt cancellation hunt in the Khaudum North Complex in Namibia. (Both with CITES permits and exportable.)
Total price US$ 29500, inclusive of 14 days, trophy fee for elephant bull and leopard, transport from Windhoek and back by road (9-10h drive). This hunt was scheduled for mid August, but the follwoing dates are available:
Now to 10 October or 2 November to 20 November 2010. PH will be me most likely, depending on dates.
If elephant is not succesfully hunted, hunter will receive US$ 16 000 back. If leopard is not shot, hunter receives US$ 3500 back.
(Baits are excluded, budget around US$ 500 for baits.)

It was the best African hunt I have been on so far out of 11 safari hunts.

The elephants all I can say is WOW.
If anybody wants to hunt elephants this is the place and Karl is the GUY.
Karl thanks so much for putting up with Biebs, I know it was hard not killing him but you are young you will get over it.

But to answer your question, yes, you can charter from Maun, Winhoek, or Vic Falls, or drive in from Vic falls, Kasane, Maun, Livingstone or Katima Mulilo
