Luangwa Leopard/Buff May 2022

I have been offered a great opportunity for Leopard in a prime area of the Luangwa Valley - Chanjuzi. This will be the first hunt of the season and the area will be undisturbed. It is a really good time for daylight Leopard. Buff will be in the long grass.

14 Day Leopard Safari in Chanjuzi GMA (Prime)

Date - May 2022

Daily rates = $17,000
Concession fee = $3,000
Licensing/permits etc = $1,000

Trophy fees (Note Elephant/Lion not available)

Transfers can be done by a domestic flight to Mfuwe Airport Luangwa = $450 each way and a few hour drive to camp through good game areas = $250 each way.

I can offer a great reference for Chanjuzi. Leopards are plentiful. I shot one in Chanjuzi and one in Nyaminga, which share a border.

Someone better take this offer quickly. You will struggle to find a leopard hunt at this price in Luangwa. And as we all know Luangwa has some of Africas best success rates on leopard.

I wish I could hunt this year. If I could I'd be all over this. I generally can only get away every other year, and I hunted last year and am booked next year. But this looks like a great opportunity.

Still available. Looks like the Ukraine mess interfered with one interested party. Note we had negotiated a second hunter takes a Buffalo for $12,500 all in including trophy fee over the 14 days.

Andrew introduced me to the outfitter and I’m in the process of finalizing my hunt with the outfitter for 2023. Besides the deal on the Buffalo for an additional hunter the outfitter offers great rates on other animals as well. The outfitter has been very easy to work with an very accommodating.
