In france there are 2 chamois subspecies in France.
First one is SARrIO ( Pyrenean chamois)
Second one is Alpine chamois.

Pyrenean chamois season - 15th September - 31st January
Price - 2900 EUR - no size limit trophy

Alpine chamois season - 1st October - 17th January
Price - 3400 EUR - no size limit trophy

2 hunting days
1 trophy chamois
Transfer from hotel to hunting area and back.
Hunting guide 1:1

License - 150 Eur
Additional hunting day - 350 EUR

Also is possible to do combo hunt for both chamois.
