MARK H. YOUNGDSC and new offerings for ele etc.
Its that time again and I'll be off to Dallas for the show on Wednesday the 6th. I hope to see many of you there. Dallas is an attendee's dream as it is far less busy and noisy than Reno. Please take this opportunity to come by to discuss your safari plans or just to talk about your safari dream. The dialogue costs you nothing and you might discover we offer just what your are looking for.
Adam and I will be in booths 1244,1245,1246 and 1247. If you'd like to speak to me about something we've discussed and you don't find me in our booths don't hesitate to call me on my cell 307-250-1156 and we'll make a plan.
For the '10 season we are offering elephant, buffalo, leopard, sable and plains game in several Forestry concession in the Hwange Park area of Zimbabwe. The elephants are priced very well as you can expect Botswana quality. Our last ele hunter in this area under extremely difficult conditions because of the late rains shot 65# and that is not an uncommon occurence. You should expect 50# and 70# plus is completely possible.
1x1 10 day elephant/plains game Umgusa area $27,500 to include TF
1X1 7 day buffalo/plains game $12,900 to include buffalo trophy fee
1x1 12 day elephant/buffalo/plains game Fuller & Kazuma area $17,400 plus trophy fees
10 day buffalo/plains game $10,000 plus trophy fees
The elephant hunts are what shines here. These hunts have been going for nearly $40,000 so the above prices are excellent. You have to see these areas to believe it. It would be common to look at 10 or more bulls everyday. When I was there in '07 the elephant hunter in camp with me had seen 65 bulls in the first 4 days of his safari.

MARK H. YOUNG505,
I actually hunted out of the Sikumi camp that is between the areas I spoke of. The Kazuma and Fuller areas are to the north and Umgusa and Amadundumla are to the South. These are all Forestry areas with excellent hunting. The northern areas are right on the Botswana border so late season they will offer the best opportunity at a really big elephant. Mokore Safaris shot quite few eles in Kazuma if that tells you anything.
Next week I may have some more opportunities in the area as we are still in ongoig negotiations with Forestry.
