MARK H. YOUNGA GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A BIG SABLE IN THE KAFUE
48.5" sable shot a few days ago.
Largest warthog every taken in Zambia and TOP 10 SCI
Hunting becomes viable in THE Sichifulo GMA in Zambia's Kafue region in August with Sept/Oct being better. The area had people living in it until '12 when they were all moved out. The area was considered "Depleted" so the quota remains very low although the concession is quite large and genetics are amazing. My client there in August as you can see from my report "Turning a potential disaster into a safari of a lifetime" got everything they wanted in 10 days including a leopard the first day. Expect to see sable 45" and over. The hunt would also be conducted by the Du Plooys who are some of the very best in the country. There are only 6 sable on quota and 3 are sold for '17.

Open. It a large patch of wild africa and historically some of the biggest Sable ever recorded have come from this district.
Get in there before the rains.

MARK H. YOUNGAs Andrew said there are no game fences. Just wild Africa. Also unlike a good part of the Kafue there are resident buffalo there so adding one to the bag should not be a problem. My client there shot 43" in August as well as everything else he wanted.
