That is an elephant. Huge wrinkly bull with great ivory. Surely that broke 50lbs?

Nice offer Neil! With the low off take of Elephants in SVC and the genes from Gonarhezou what do you think in lets say 15 years the trophy quality will be for elephants in this part of Zim.

7-8 years ago it was pretty hard to find a 50 pounder if I remember right but with the years the white gold also gets heavier.

Looking forward to the report!

Yes correct 74 pounds. The quality of tusks out of SVC continue to improve and should we be allowed to contuue to operate and protect this area the bulls will continue to improve in size. The 5 bulls we have taken there over the last 7 or 8 years went as follows. 41 , 48 ,52 , 52 and then this 74 last year. A clear indicator that size is improving as time goes by.

Here are a couple different bulls photographed whilst on a buffalo hunt. Pay attention to the size of their bodies and heads. 45 -50 pounders.

Daily rate for this hunt has been dropped to $1000 per day. This is a great deal for the quality of area, camp and elephant.
