Daily Rates:
• US$ 1450 per day for 14 days.
• Observer Fee is US$ 250 pp/pd.
• Licence fee is US$ 250
• Conservancy community fee is US$ 1100

Trophy Fees:
Elephant US$ 21,500.00
Hippo US$ 6,000.00

If the Elephant and Hippo is not taken you will be refunded your U$ 21,500 for the elephant and U$ 6,000 for the Hippo.

Daily Rate include:
The services of a Big Game Professional Hunter, trackers and skinners
Hunting vehicle
Field preparation of trophies
Accommodation at tented camp
All meals and local beverages, wines, spirits and beers
laundry
15% VAT tax on accommodation

Daily Rates Exclude:
Transport costs to Namibia
Taxidermy fees and shipping of trophies
Transportation of Trophies to Taxidermy
Gratuities to PH /Staff
Trophy fees for game taken or wounded.
Charter flights to hunting areas

You actually want trophy fees in advance? I thought the standard was at the end of the trip if a trophy is taken.

Hallo, Yes you are right, the trophy fee is only paid if the Elephant is taken.
Only daily rates to be paid in advance.
