fairgameRoan and Buffalo. Royal Kafue
I am offering the package for the price of a free-range Kafue buffalo hunt and recommend 10 days in the field. Currently, I can boast 100% on both species and all animals taken will be good quality. My average for buff is around 38 inches but have taken low to mid 40's. Roan, you will be looking at mid to high 20's. Royal Kafue is, without doubt, one of the best places to hunt Roan in Zambia.
I will conduct the hunt alongside my son Tom and highly recommend later in the season.
I can now offer this hunt at $1,250 a day and if the observer is a spouse there will be no charge for sleeping in the same bed.
The trophy fee for Buffalo is $4,500 and Roan $6,500.
I am easy and if you want to tack on a day's fishing then I can include that.
Last season's hunters will be my references.
Additional costs:
All vehicle transfers = $1,200
Entry VISA = $50
Staff gratuities - At your discreation.
Accommodation outside of the safari
There is currently NO DUTY on ammunition imports.

Andrew sounds like a great offer! One question on the offer - on the below statement exactly whom is sleeping in which bed - the client or the PH?

That Buffalo should be half price - he's blind in one eye.

Sally's DadAfter last year's group hunt with Andrew (which was AWESOME!) we drove out through this property. Andrew hosted us to an evening game drive and we saw a HUGE old bull buffalo and more concentrated roan than I have seen. On the next day's departure to Lusaka we drove the main road out of his area, and the roan were THICK. Someone is going to have a great hunt here! Wish it was me, but last year's group hunt used up most of my fun tickets for awhile!

With this giant mess going around the world, Chris, wouldn't it be nice to hang around Royal Kafue for a month or two .. catch some fish, shoot some guinea fowl, knock off the occasional buck for vittles … watch the elephants and the buffalo along with whacking a roan and a buffalo.
Sheesh .. now I am starting back into wistful thinking .. I am sooooooooo glad that we did that group hunt last October.
