lavacaLooks like a great bit of fun at the end of a hunt. Could you add a single gun to another group? I generally hunt alone.
Alternatively, I've been trying to convince some of my birdshooting partners to take the train trip and this looks like a good combination with that as well.
My 9.3 x 74 is itching for this. Not going to happen this year, but keep me on your list.

Limpopo Big Game SafarisGood day Lavaca
If you are the only one who would like to come I am sure I could fit you in somewhere.
Please send me a mail to lbgsafaris@yahoo.com so that I have your details and that I can keep you up to date with the bookings. Maybe some other hunters are in the same situation as you are Lavaca, if there are any other hunters who would like to make use of the opportunity but have the same probleme please feel free to post on AR.
Kind Regards Bossie Mostert

infinitoBossie,
And how many warthogs can be expected to be taken in this hunt? Total?

Limpopo Big Game SafarisHi Charl
First I would like to congratulate you on the Serval you shot with Benand Els, it is a great trophy.
The ratio Bushpig to Warthog is 9.5 to 1. The reason is that the Bushpig stay in the irrigated crops but the Warthog do not they go back to their burrows to bed down. It is difficult to give you a round figure but I would say 4 to 5 Bushpigs and 1 Warthog in a good days flush. (Per group of 4 not per person). You will see more but some do escape the guns.

BiebsCharl, Bushpigs? I thought Freddie wasn't working with you any more :-)

lavacaReally could care less about the warties. Bush pigs would be of interest (Never shot one). Running driven pigs of any kind could be fun with a double.
