Coues hunt in Mexico with real B&C potential. TWO MORE SPOTS OPEN

MARK H. YOUNGCoues hunt in Mexico with real B&C potential. TWO MORE SPOTS OPEN
I'm bringing this to the top again because Matt has decided to offer two more hunts on Rancho Alamitos. Alamitos is adjacent to Agua Nuevo where I hunted in Jan '13 and has loads of deer.
The hunts are offered 3-8 Jan '14 with pick up in Tucson 2 Jan and return 9 Jan. There will only be two shooters on the hunt and only 6 hunts on Alimitos during the whole season.
For some additional info check out my personal hunt report on this hunt with more pix.
http://forums.accuratereloadin...681005481#2681005481 I just returned from this hunt on the 17th. See my write up on Hunt Reports-Rest of the World. I was super happy with the outcome.
BUCK ABOVE RANGE FROM 103-122 gross B&C
RANCH ACCOMMODATIONS
Matt Woodward who I hunted elk with in '11
http://forums.accuratereloadin...581026461#8581026461 has leased a huge tract of land in northern Sonora for Coues deer. The ranches stretch from the US border at Sasabe, AZ south on the east side of the road to just north of the town of Saric in Sonora. The ranch house at Aqua Nueva (pictures above) is only 30 minutes from the border crossing at Sasabe and only 2 hours from the Tucson airport.
Matt hunted three of these ranches in '08-'10 and again in '12. Average gross B&C scores have been 110 plus. I'm not a deer fanatic but even I know these are very big Coues deer. Success should be 100% plus if you shoot well and a second buck will be available to some of the first to book for '14/'15.
The season starts 28 Nov and runs through 16 Feb. With January dates being best with only a max of 4 hunters in camp at any one time.
The hunt is all spot and stalk with some shots coming at 300 yards plus so knowing where your rifle shoots is very important. There will be no mix up on shot ranges or what animals to shoot because of a language barrier as all the guides are Americans.
The country is rough so some sort of physical condition is necessary but more time will be spent glassing than climbing.
Pricing:
1x1 6 full hunting days
$6,000 to allow one buck
1x1 6 full hunting days
$9,000 to allow two bucks
Observer $1,000
Javelina $250
PRICE IS ALL INCLUSIVE FROM PICK UP AT TUCSON AIRPORT TO DROP OFF AT HUNT'S END Contact me anytime with your questions.

bwanamrmMark,
By all inclusive do you mean gun permits and licenses are included in the $5500 price tag? Thanks!

MARK H. YOUNGRussell,
Yes! There are no other costs other than special liquors or wine that you might like and a gratuity if you want to leave one. Matt will handle permits/licenses and they are rolled into the price. When Matt and I started to work together we decided our offerings for '12 onward would be all inclusive for all the hunts he offers. No rental cars, licenses, permits, taxes. Just a flat fee for everything.

Mark, I like the way you think with this. I run all of my hunts as an all inclusive and it makes things way easier for the hunter and safer as well as there are no extra surprises.

FjoldMark,
By "airport to airport" do you mean in Tuscon? So if we drive to Tuscon you would pick us up there?
Also, what's the trophy fee for a mulie?

MARK H. YOUNGFrank,
If you want to drive to Tucson and leave your car there we certainly can pick you up and return you at hunts end. Unfortunately I cannot offer you a mule deer on this hunt but I understand you will see bucks that will bring a tear to your eye. I am hopeful that in the future we will be able to offer a combo.

MARK H. YOUNGScott,
I wish the archer on the last hunt 24-31 Jan had connected as he was on the most huge bucks of the season. He had bucks from 118-130 including a bigger buck than the 124 pictured but with the same heavy horned genetics at easy rifle shot distances. He just could not get the right shot with his bow and as a dedicated archer would not use the 300 Ultra that was beside him in the truck.
