Todd WilliamsHey Buzz. We'll see you in about a month.
Austin and I may take some of the add ons if they are available.
Buzz, make sure Todd gets REAL close. He's shooting his double, after all :-)

Not this time old boy!
Taking my ugly old CZ 416 Rigby for a stroll this time around.
Still planning on getting close though. Open sights you know!

It should not be a problem if he is using a real rifle!
Not one of those Tutonic misfits some of you lot use!

Got news for you too old boy ... It's NEVER been a problem, regardless of rifle type!
Sorry for the hijack Buzz. Hope you sell the cancellations. We'll try to help on our end in a few weeks.

Buzz CharltonNo worries Todd- I have such mixed feelings for these "specials" as they help me recover some funds on a hunt cancelled but on the same token it does not seem fair that good clients and friends like you end up having a higher priced hunt by booking in advance.
I guess though it means that you have the choice of PH and camp which is an advantage. As always Todd very much looking forward to hunting with you again and Austin for a first time ! Cheers Buzz

gunslinger55How late can you hunt? My vacations messed up this year but I might try a swap. Is November too late?

I've hunted with Buzz's outfit several times in Oct. Nov. and even Dec.
It's hot but good hunting. Game tends to be concentrated. I've taken everything offered here with CMS and with one exception, leopord, on those late season hunts. Took my leopard with them in June but I also took a lion with them in Oct/Nov.
These are good prices and you won't find a better outfit to hunt with.

Buzz CharltonGunslinger- November is a great time to hunt especially if the heat is not an issue for you! The one thing that is not great then is your cats as baits last 2 days only! However for buff tuskless general plains game it is very good. We have two hunts scheduled in November however with 5 camps you will still have your own camp if you so wished!
Some nice deals, Buzz!
Wish I could come this year.

The NorwegianFrom our 2014 father and son safari with CMS. Lunch at Matombo camp. I remember the safari as one of my best, if not the best, hunting trip abroad ever. I have made approx 35 of them…
Morten

It’s a lovely camp, but man it gets hot up there late season!!
One of my favourite camps !!
31 May 2019, 16:02
The NorwegianHotter than Pedza ?
The more I know, the less I wonder !
31 May 2019, 16:03
The NorwegianMaybe Makanga or Mururu as it is more in the shadow ?
The more I know, the less I wonder !
31 May 2019, 18:30
Buzz CharltonMatombo is stunning but a NO GO area in November!!! Much much hotter then Pedza so Mururu or Mkanaga would be the better choice!
31 May 2019, 18:36
The NorwegianSorry Buzz, you know the camps better than me.
Sander and I was there beginning of October. Firts days of hunting 40-45 celcius, but the breeze and low humidity made it nice. Even sleeping at night. As you remnber we stayed in Pedza. I just loved the Matombo view
Morten

Even in winter Matombo looks like a hot camp. It needs some big trees!

Buzz CharltonMarty- I planted 20 Natal Mahoganies and red wood Mahoganies 3 years ago- my kids may enjoy the shade when they get to my age!
By that time we’ll all be brains in a bottle.
I've heard there's still one spot open in camp during the week Todd will be there. Normally $18,000, now $50 :-)
