The area is still owned by its original owner that lives on the property.

14 day leopard/ plains game @ $ 800/ day
2 % tax on daily rates

Since this is private land, can you hunt at night using a light?

You can hunt at night in this area.
All animals taken as trophies can be used as bait at no charge, alternatively, bait impala @ $ 75/ each

This is a good deal for a lowveld leopard, with a reputable outfitter.

Trying to talk the CFO into it is anther matter although Wifezilla mentioned that she wanted to put a pool in the backyard for the grandkids.
