Good day Gentleman,
Since most enquiries that I am receiving regarding this deal relate to the same questions, I will post the answers to the most FAQ here:
1.In the unlikely event that we fail to harvest any one of the trophy animals in the package, you will receive a full refund of the trophy fee for the relevant animal.
2. You may substitute any of the animals in the package for any other animal as per our trophy animal pricelist.

Hope that makes sense. Should you require any other information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Best Regards,
Marius Goosen

We still have space during the beginning of May and end of June.
Excellent time of the year to add the very sought after Cape Bushbuck and Eastern Cape Kudu to your collection.

1. How much for the Ruff-It lodge?

2. How many contiguous acres (or hectares) does the hunting area consist of?

3. Any particular species of animals you have you believe to be of exceptional trophy quality compared to what others have?

Good day Sir,

1. Should you take the same package as above and decide to stay in our Ruff-It lodges, the total price would be $4500.

2.I make use of various concessions, which is usually determined by trophy quality, since some areas just produce better animals in some species than others. I also hunt by numbers, where I feel my client will have the best opportunity of getting his animal if the concession is still far off their allowed quota. My smallest concession is actually the toughest, simply because of the terrain which is quite mountainous with deep valleys and this measures about 5000 acres. My biggest concession is a low fenced property which measures 25000 acres. These measurements that I have given you is off the map, so is in actual fact a lot larger, should you count the area of the mountains and valleys.

3.Quite a difficult question to answer, because do I base my answer on one specific monster of a certain species that we have taken, which will not be a true reflection...
Because I can speak of a Blesbok that was 1.5" off the World Record, a 52" East Cape Kudu, or one of our concessions that boasted average Warthog trophies of 13" with the largest taken being 15". It does not give a fair reflection.Saying that,I would recommend an Oryx/Gemsbuck.We have taken some really nice ones.
As soon as you set your foot out into the wild, the chance of taking an absolute ripper of an animal depends on whether its your day or not, which is the beauty of hunting. One thing that you can be assured of, is mature animals which will be good representatives.

I hope that I was not too long winded, and that I answered your questions sufficiently. If I did not succeed, pull me back into line and let me have it...
Thank you for the enquiry.

Best Regards
Marius

What part of the East Cape do you hunt. I hunted there last year, just N. of Grahamstown. I'm interested in Nyala, and Bushbuck, and a real good warthog. Got a kudu last year, but could stand another one, if better.

Hi,
Our lodges are situated just North of Grahamstown as well.
Substituting the Kudu for other animal(s), will not be a problem.
What date range did you have in mind?

Best Regards
Marius
