Due to a last minute hunt postponement a great opportunity for a full bag hunt in the Niassa Reserve has come up with a top outfitter that I work with in Mozambique. It is normally a 21 day hunt, but the outfitter has decided to reduce it down to 18 days to make it more affordable as he feels that its enough time and I would also agree based on my own clients results!

So 18 days @ $1,300/day (normal rate $2,500/day x 21 days)
Leopard if taken $12,000
Lion if taken $25,000

Buffalo $5,000
Sable $5,000
Eland $ 3,200
Lichtenstein Hartebeest $3,200
Niassa Wildebeest $4,000
Zebra Bohems $3,000
etc.

Observer $250/day
Hunting licence single area $350
Niassa Conservation fees $100/day/person
Gun import $250/rifle
Charter flight - depends on plane and dates if possible to combine with another clients flights.

This is a very remote area and one of the best blocks in Niassa. The place is full of leopard (a client of mine and fellow AR member shot one last night with many days still left on his hunt). Lots of big dugga boys - another client of mine shot a 44" bull a few weeks ago, lots of big eland, sable etc. It is also very good for Lion and is normally a 100% success. Beautiful big maned lions too.

Lion trophy import is based on a case by case basis and Niassa has lots of research and data to back it up. No problem with the leopard import.

The hunt can be taken anytime in October which is prime time to hunt this area.

I know its short notice, but if you can swing it you will have the hunt of a life time at a discounted price and also limited downside as the lion and leopard is based on success.

Which Block Arjun?

Depending on the cost of the charter, get into 18 days of hunting for Lion, Leopard and Buff for $66 and change? I can't believe I'm saying this but sounds like a deal.
