Ken MoodyKMHA Elephant Hunt in Vhembe Nature Reserve - $15,500
I have an elephant hunt on offer in the Vhembe Nature Reserve which is located along the Limpopo River on the SA side directly adjacent to Botswana. Vhembe is a very large area and holds a resident population of elephant as well as transitory bulls from the Tuli Block in Botswana. This is not any type of PAC hunt. CITES permit is included in price and the hunter may take tusks, cape, and any other parts of elephant he wishes. Vhembe holds many elephant. In prior scouting for a hunt we did there three years ago we located over 100 different elephant in the area a week before the hunt commenced. Tuli bulls are not known for big ivory. A client can expect to shoot a bull of 30 pounds or a bit better.

Ken MoodySorry, should have mentioned that this hunt is for this coming season, 2010. Dates are open so it's up to the client but I would prefer to book it sometime August 15 - 31 as we are not booked during that time frame.

Ken MoodyNo, if it was I would have sold it in about an hour :^) Bowhunting pacyderms in SA is illegal and no exemption can be obtained so this is a rifle hunt only.
