I have a snowmachine grizzly bear hunt open in interior alaska for april 20-30, hunt cost is $9000 and includes snowmachine,guide(me), fuel, lodging, food and all transportation once i pick you up in anchorage alaska.
Lodging is in a remote lodge that we snowmachine 70 miles to, internet, showers, cook and sat tv. There may be other resident hunters out and about, i've seen them on occasion but usually only around the weekends. Never have they been a problem.
I have done this hunt the last two springs, first spring we took a nice bear mid april at his den, last year we didn't see any. This years time frame is a week or more later than last season. Which should be better.
Spend the days riding on snowmachines looking for fresh dens or tracks and if we cut fresh wolf sign we'll go after them as well, no tag needed for wolves.
There is a $1000 security deposit on the snowmachine, at the end of the trip you will get it all back minus 150 for an inspection of the machine at the dealership, this ensures the machine you get is in great condition and the machine i get back from you is in great condition!
