He is still doing them, though the cost is a bit higher now. I've PM'ed with him as recently as 8 weeks ago, so I'm confident he's still providing these hunts.

For anyone interested in this hunt for Multiple buffalo with NO trophy fees

I have an available opening for a cull buff hunt for the hunting dates 8-14 Aug this year

You would be teaming up with a fellow AR member from the USA

Price is discounted by $1000 to fill this spot

Details are
$7700 USD for the hunt

the following extras would apply

road transfer to and from camp $500
international visitors hunting licence and firearm permit $200
no other costs

We will be targeting non trophy mature bulls in preference and where possible, but will take cows and younger animals where opportunity presents itself.

Realistic Expectation is 4 animals per day but can certainly be more depending on the time taken to recover the meat and shooters ability
