Texas Panhandle Deer

9100 +/- acre ranch consisting of 421 acres of CRP, 250 acres of irrigated farmland (half winter wheat, half corn) with the remaining balance being native grassland. 1.5-2 mile creek.

$1500 for whole season and allows you to shoot 1 buck either mule deer or whitetail. Non-guided.

You will be 1 of 2 deer hunters on the lease. Only been 2 bucks shot off the ranch in the last 5 years. Price Reduced to $1000.
