reddy375Arabian Oryx, Sand and Mountain Gazelles
This is not a hunt you run into every day!
Arabian Oryx
Sand Gazelle
Mountain Gazelle
We have been offering hunts in the United Arab Emirates for Arabian Oryx, Sand and Mountain gazelles for a few years. It is a large fenced area but an opportunity to hunt these species in their native habitat.
Cost per night $660 (all taxes included). 2 night stay minimum. Allow an extra hunting day for every other added species.
Includes:
----------
Lodging in resort
3 meals a day, tea, coffee
Rifle hire (you cannot take your rifle)
Professional Hunter
Transportation during the hunt
Field dressing of animals
Complimentary access to resort facilities
Trophy Fees
-------------
Arabian Oryx $12,000
Arabian Sand Gazelle $2,940
Arabian Mountain Gazelle $2,940
Transfer by road from Abu Dhabi to resort round trip $350, from Dubai $450
Unfortunately, these trophies cannot be imported into the United States. Export to EU, South Africa and other countries is possible.
It is a unique hunt for someone who has done it all and seen it all. A nice add on if you are visiting the Middle East or a nice holiday in itself to see a different part of the world.
Thanks,
Arjun Reddy

Eland SlayerThis would be such an awesome and unique experience. Do you know exactly why these animals are not importable to the US? (I assume it's related to the clusterf*ck that is USFWS)
Do you know if there are any plans in the future of the animals being importable? I wonder if UAE could demonstrate a positive conservation impact, if USFWS would allow importation?

SaeedThe USFW is run by a bunch of ignorant, stupid, idiots.
A few years ago, there was hardly any of these animals in the wild.
The government, and some private citizens, bought some and started breeding them.
We now have a viable herd of all of these animals.
We also breed animals that are rare in other parts of the world.
Like Scimitar horned oryx, addax and dama gazelles.
We have a long cycling track - over a 100 miles in one section.
Cyclists pass right through the desert, and Arabian oryx and other gazelles mentioned here are seen on both sides of the tracks.
Look at some of the photos I have posted on the PHOTO forum.

True that one! Scores of critters, even when you don't count any of the camels!

reddy375The price of an Observer is included in the resort price. There are also 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas which are more expensive. If you need more room.

I cannot see them.
Tried several browsers.
Others have complained before of certain pictures posted in hunt offers not showing.
Have no idea why they are blocking them from us, may be due to geographic location, which sites do.
Can you asked them why?

SaeedI looked at their site.
Looks like it is a paid for hosting, in which case they should not block AR or any other site from being linked.
Several posts on the Net complaining about them not showing images.
Please have a word with them, because I don’t like offers being posted here where we are blocked from see the images.

Which proves my point that it is a geographical block.
Arjun,
Please have a word with them to remove this block, or find another hosting site that allows viewing by everyone.
