shouldermanIf one hunts hard and is selective, how big of a croc is a reasonable expectation?

Bwana338Too tag along on shoulderman's post.
Is this a hunt on a river or is this a hunt on a large reservoir that the crocodiles have moved on to?
Plus, what additional animals are availabe at this location that are hunt able.
Now reading Saeed posts, he usually bags a hippo and uses it for bait.
So, I am taking that this is spot a crocodile and then you make a decision if you want to make a stalk on the crocodile.

Hi @shoulderman,
A reasonable expectation is between 11ft and 12ft.
13ft+ is not impossible

Hi @Bwana338,
The hunt is in a river that was dammed to form a large reservoir. The hunting area is 12 500 Acres and the Crocs are free to roam the area to other smaller or bigger water reservoirs on the area.
Other than Croc there's about 25 hunt able Plains Game Species on the area, plus Buffalo & Hippo.
Baiting is an option, spot and stalk can be more challenging. There's about 200+ Crocs on this area, male, female, big & small!
