Hi William
No, I would not say it is a game rich area, not like any of the ranches you hunted on. But in a 7 day hunt, you will have a sporting chance to shoot impala, wildebeest and waterbuck, and PLENTY of zebra. I will likely hunt kudu on my own area (Sobbe), as the kudu tend to be scarce in Salambala. So you should be able to get 4-5 different plains game animals in a 7 day hunt, hunting them where you are likely to run into more than just leopard all the time...
I don't know that I've ever seen "Karl Stumpfe" and "Smoking Hot" appear in the same sentence before!!! :-)

Then on your next hunt, a mirror would be an appropriate tip!!!!!

Jorge400I hunted Salambala in 11/09 for plains game and can confirm what Karl says. I was able to take zebra, wildebeest, implala and waterbuck in 5 days. This is a great price for the oportunity to hunt a truely wild area of Namibia (or all of Africa for that matter).
