A friend of mine has the raffle tag for sale in the state of New Mexico. He realized they would not have time to effectively use it and is offering it for sale for $35,000. The 2013 New Mexico Elk Enhancement tag (AKA Governors Tag) is a coveted tag and allows the tag holder to hunt any unit, during any season, with any weapon.
