I just recently secured access to an incredible area in the southern Drakensberg mountains of KwaZulu-Natal. The area boasts spectacular views and challenging free range hunting for the discerning hunter.

I conducted the first safari in the area the end of March and will try to post some pictures of the hunt.

The hunt will be conducted on a 1PH and 1 client base as it’s a specialized hunt looking for these big bulls.

Breakdown:
5 days hunting
1 Common Reedbuck.
1 Mountain Reedbuck.
1 Vaal Rhebuck.
Pick up and drop off at Durban airport Total: $5,850

Also, available in the area: Red Duiker $2,200 Eland $2,300

Depending on availability of permit also available: Blue Duiker $3,000 and Oribi $3,500

All areas are free range.

There is also the opportunity for the South African Mc Nab: Including a Common Reedbuck, bird on the wing and trout on fly in one day from dawn to dusk @ $2000.
