Badger Matt
I hunted with Louis and Spiral Horn Safaris last year with my father. He's a great host/PH with phenomenal staff, including a world-class cook in camp.

All this talk of Toetsie's cooking and I'm already gaining weight from the anticipation of my hunt with you!

Naw...OK maybe...

I've tried, somewhat successfully, to recreate her Wildebeest Wellington with whitetail venison. I've aced her venison Carpaccio...and utterly failed to mimic her tongue & balls appetizers from the Buff. That woman can flat out cook!!!

I like Louis' philosophy - control the things you can control. That definitely includes having a happy and capable cook in camp.
