I stumbled across this link. It is a good clean PDF of the Zim gun permit. With a full version of Adobe you can type all of your information, print it three times, and be ready for the person with all the power in Zim, he who possesses the stamp.

Filled mine out before I left and the Police officer in Zim was pleasantly surprised when I whipped out three copies for him to simply stamp and sign.

Definately a good idea to do before one goes. A time saver for sure.
