Not African travel but to Hermosillo, MX

Anyone fly Aeromexico to Hermosillo with rifles? If so, what was your experience. See I have a two hour layover in Mexico City. If not, who did you use... American keeps popping up and they are very gun unfriendly. Thanks!

Use Enough Gun

Russell: The last time I went to Hermosillo to hunt desert mule deer I flew on US Airways. Had the gun permits all approved ahead of time and had no problems with the airline. I took two rifles with me and ammo for both. Guns traveled in my TuffPak. Not sure what it's like now.

Ive down there many times with shotguns, once with a rifle, and never had a problem on any of the airlines. Your outfitter is usually right outside to meet you after you clear your bags and gun and normally can take care of any problems as he probably secured your permit for you.
