Where to rent a satellite phone ?

I am going to Western Tanzania later this summer and am thinking about renting a satellite phone for the trip. My past trips have been to places that have cell signal or wifi.

Where does one rent a sat phone these days ?

If its only intended use is for Tanzania, then I suggest a Thuraya Satphone for reliability.
