I've been avoiding them for several years. They couldn't get my luggage anywhere near me and didn't seem overly concerned about it.

Unfortunately, Delta is unavoidable for some domestic travel in the USA.

We once had first class tickets, but were nonetheless unwillingly bumped by Delta from an overbooked flight.

After that, we have avoided Delta as much as possible, but depending on our destination, we do still have to use them from time to time.
