After having flown with them during October 2009 I am not surprised. The airline's personnel,check-in desk, and flight attendants, were extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed flying with them (even with the flight delay due to a mechanical problem).

ET is the only African carrier I would willingly board.

I´ve heard that their security rating is really bad and that they aren´t allowed to fly to certain European countries. Scary...
