Just returned to the States thru JNB (6/24/22). No masks on plane or in Tambo. No test required to enter US. I did have to show the QR vaccination code when entering SA but that was it. Also, I found the Tambo airport experience pleasant with no requests for tips at every turn - except for the "gentleman" that welcomes you to his "office".
