As we get a bit older, and things change, certain changes create problems we aren’t aware of. This is happening to me right now. In December, I was diagnosed with a massive blood clot in my right lung, necessitating the use of a personal oxygen compressor. Well, unbeknownst to me, if you travel with one, your flight has to be pre-approved to board a flight. Since I didn’t know about it, I am now stuck in the Zurich airport waiting on their medical department to approve the forms that my doctor faxed to them. Missed my connecting flight to Johannesburg and hopefully will be approved to fly out tomorrow!
