I just saw on the news that TSA has announced they are dropping the mask requirement in response to a judge ruling that CDC doesn't have the authority to mandate masks.

I guess the curve has finally flattened.

The only curve that has flattened is the IQ curve for our government. It cannot go below zero but it is close.....

DOJ has said they will only appeal if CDC requests an appeal. I can see the CDC wanting to appeal because the ruling puts some dampers on their power. I am sure many of the democrats in tight races will also appeal to Biden to drop it.

CDC has officially asked the DOJ to appeal the court ruling….

"Jen Psaki Says Mask Mandate Appeal to 'Preserve' CDC's Authority". She will probably have circle back around to that one. She was probably suppose to say that it was to protect us all from ourselves.
