Any game preserve to tour near Eastern Cape
In june I'm spending 10 days on a plains game hunt in the Eastern Cape. I'm considering taking my girlfriend and am looking for opportunities for a photo safari or game preserve tour in the area.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
Depending on where you are based the eastern cape has TONS of game reserves.
The world famous Addo National park near Port Elizabeth.
Scotia Safaris near Port Elizabeth.
shamwari private game reserve near Paterson near Addo.
Amakhala private game reserve.
Kwandwe private game reserve outside Grahamstown
Mountain Zebra National park outside of Cradock.
That's just some of the bigger ones off the top of my head.
Have fun in the EC

We did Addo and Schotia in 2012. Very nice, lots of game. Great chance for photos.

They do a good job.

Addo and Scotia are fantastic...lots of big elephant and buffalo, you might add Daniel Cheetah Farm near Utenhage as well, sort of small but you can get in the pens and pet some of the cheetahs and the last time we were there, they had some lion cubs you could hold and pet as well. The ladies seem to like petting the big cats.
