Does anybody knows the Regulations for American Citizens traveling with a Gun into Germany ?
Call a travel agent familiar with traveling with guns.
It depends on the purpose of your travel. If you are traveling as a tourist you may not import a firearm. If you are traveling as a tourist hunter, you can obtain a 30/60/90 day WBK, waffen bissets karte (sic) which will allow you to bring your hunting arms. This should be coordinated through your hunting guide.
If you are a target shooter and participating in the sport while in Germany there is a similar process for you to follow, check with your shooting club representatives.
It is nearly impossible for a tourist to import a hand gun to Germany unless you are a marksmanship participant.
