Want to make just about anything work better? Keep the government as far away from it as possible, then step back and behold the wonderment and goodness.
Instead of just weighing your luggage, why don't the airlines put in place an overall weight limit for passengers and luggage and weigh you with your luggage together?

Read her comments. She is not old. If I was her age and had the problems she has, I'd make a major lifestyle change. That is no way to live.
