It's not just Boeing.
A passenger noticed missing bolts on the wing skin of an A330.

the bolts, or fasteners as they call them in England, were missing from the A330.

I always have to laugh when a news source try’s to pretend they know something about aircraft manufacturing. The term fasteners is used across the aerospace industry. Bolts are in your car.

There is a difference here.

This one is due to poor maintenance.

The many reported problems with Boeing are due to manufacturing defects.

Even Bling has admitted it.
