Fastjet vs Air Zimbabwe

I have a trip planned for this June. I end up in Victoria Falls and need to get back to Harare to catch my Emirates flight back home. Air Zimbabwe's computer reservation system has been down for about a month. The only other direct option I can see is Fastjet. Has anyone had success or problems with them?

FastJet has been a nightmare with lots of cancelled flights, they are very strapped for cash and have had a terrible few months.

Fast jet over air zim any day. Just give yourself a a couple of hours for delays but fastjet is generally good.

I will be in Zim in July to vacation for a bit over a week after landing in Harare then to Bulawayo for a elephant hunt. I will probably drive between the cities or catch a lift with someone, as mentioned earlier, domestic air travel is iffy. A ride with someone will cost more but it will be far for reliable.
