I have about a 7 hour layover at Washington Dulles on September 21, 2014 before I catch my South African Airways flight to Joburg. Does anyone know which is the best lounge to utilize during this layover? I'll probably have to pay the entrance fee to use it so I can't really try them all. I appreciate your assistance.
