GusteauxYou don't need to get a visa before you arrive - they just stamp your passport the day you arrive and clear immigration.

ddrhookThe stamp they give you on arrival is a free 90day visa

tendramsI believe RSA does have restrictions for all visitors that relate to either the number of free pages in your passport or, I can't recall, that your passport be valid for a certain amount of time from the date of your arrival. A friend recently ran into this trouble.

Pieter KrielUpon arrival you need at least 2 full open pages in your passport and your passport must have a 6 month validity period AFTER the date of departure.
Some of the immigrations staff relate to those issues with great gusto and trying to talk to them is like talking to a wall.
