I use Seat Guru to pick my seats on international flights.

If I'm flying "Economy", I usually pick a window seat so that I don't have to get up to let others in and out. I don't care if there is a window there as I just want a wall to lean against.

Actually, not.

Airlines have always taken passengers for a ride, and I don’t mean the ride on the plane.

I have had more than my fair share of arguments with them traveling in Europe.

I have no sympathy with airlines whatsoever!

Trouble is most of normal passengers are ignorant of the rules, so they get taken for a ride.
