I registered with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Global Online Enrollment System but it doesn't look like any of the plans they offer for expediting Customs will do any good. One if for the Netherlands, one is for crossing from Canada or Mexico, one is for truck drivers. None of their plans look like they offer any help in expediting a return from Africa. What am I missing?

Nothing. It gets you around passport control.
