Unaccountable union employees. There will be no consequences. Every flight is an adventure these days.

Why anyone would fly this airline is beyond me. You might save $30-$50.

Almost everyone I speak to about United says "I hate flying that airline!"

That is my sentiments as well.

The only time I fly United is if that is the only reasonable options.

Southwest Airlines, Delta, ANA, (not too mention Bangkok Airways) are almost always better flights than what you get with United, where profit comes first, employees, second, and customers a sorry third.

Many years ago (1989), I was on a brand new 1st flight 747 Koran Air flight. The holding tanks backed up and their was crap everywhere. So much for a "new" plane. Worst bathrooms ever.

But I agree, United is bad. I still have some United miles (actually Conti miles) to use up. Not sure when I will use them or let them lapse.

Thank the government.

It used to be they could dump sewage over the ocean. What little that aircraft would dump is really meaningless in the greater scheme of things.

But you have to wonder why you turn back when you are more than half way there...
